What information do we process?
To provide enterprise diagnosis services, we process account information, company descriptions, user-uploaded files, confirmed company profiles, diagnosis results, and consultation requests. We do not require users to submit a phone number to view free reports.
Models & Credentials
Platform model keys are stored only in the server environment. User API keys are retained only for the current server session, or stored with authenticated encryption; the page and API never return the full key. Model calls send only the content needed for the current diagnosis.
Files & Deletion
Files are stored in permission-protected server directories, and the real disk path is never exposed. Users can delete files and projects, or choose to delete original files after diagnostics are complete, keeping only the confirmed structured information and reports.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your own information and historical reports. Admin access to project content must go through a designated entry point and leave an audit trail.
